Amandina Luxe Delivery Services:

We are delighted to confirm that Amandina Luxe deliver internationally.

Our carriers are unable to deliver to PO Boxes, airports, hospitals and prisons. We will also at our discretion exclude delivery to any addresses which are considered to be insecure.

We are not liable for any parcels that are lost or stolen as a result of any specific delivery instructions left for the carrier.

Amandina Luxe Delivery Services:

We offer a variety of delivery options but we shall have no liability for any delay or failure to deliver our product(s) if the delay or failure is wholly or partially caused by circumstances beyond our control.

When placing an order please note we are unable to deliver on Public or Bank Holidays and orders placed on those days, or at busy periods may take longer to deliver. 

  1. Amandina Luxe Dispatch

We aim to ship ALL in stock orders within 2-5 working days unless you are notified differently.  An out of stock item is only applicable during very busy seasons where a certain style has sold out due to popularity and in this instance and we produce more to fulfil your order and our stock.

ALL deliveries will be made between 07:00 and 21:00 Monday –Friday (excluding Public/Bank Holidays) at the discretion of our partner couriers.

We work with our partner courier network DHL, FedEx, UPS, USPS, Aramex, TNT on ensuring you have the fastest most efficient delivery service. On ordering you will be notified automatically your confirmation by both Amandina Luxe and Paypal and then on dispatch you will receive an automated email with your delivery carrier and tracking number. Please ensure to check your inboxes to view this. If you have specific delivery instruction please either notify us in the comments section in our ordering process or by emailing us at the above email, quoting clearly your order number and name.

  1. CHARGES

We offer Free Shipping within the USA.

We offer Free Shipping for all orders over $50 in all the other countries.

 

  1. INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY SERVICES & TAXES / DUTY

Additional taxes, fees or levies may apply according to local legislation. Recipients may have to pay import duty or formal customs entry fees. Any customs or import duties are charged once the goods reach the destination country and these charges are your responsibility and must be paid by the recipient. Please note that we have no control over these charges and cannot tell you what the cost would be as customs policies and import duties vary from country to country.

In addition some countries have import restrictions on certain products or materials. You are responsible for determining whether there are any restrictions on delivery of our products to your selected destination. You can contact your local customs office for assistance regarding these matters.

Delivery may be delayed by local customs because of entry clearance especially during the festive period and national holidays, again please note this is wholly outside of our control.
